1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Rohit Shivling Art website and placing orders, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
2. Products
All Shivlings sold on our platform are authentic Narmadeshwar Shivlings sourced from the Narmada river. Product images are representative; slight variations in size, colour, and shape are natural and expected as each piece is unique.
3. Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. The price at the time of order placement is final.
4. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (online) or placement (COD). We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking via Razorpay, and Cash on Delivery. For COD orders, please ensure you are available at the delivery address.
5. Shipping
We offer free shipping across India. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery timelines depend on your location and the courier partner (Delhivery). We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us on WhatsApp. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible. Please refer to our Refund Policy for returns after delivery.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including images, text, and branding — is owned by Rohit Shivling Art. Reproducing or using any content without written permission is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the order value paid by you.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Madhya Pradesh, India.
