1. Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders across India. There are no hidden shipping charges — the price you see at checkout is what you pay.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of order confirmation. During festivals or high-demand periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.
3. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 4–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take up to 10 business days. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
4. Shipping Partner
We ship through Delhivery, a trusted logistics partner with pan-India coverage. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp to track your shipment.
5. Order Tracking
You can track your order anytime using the "Track Order" page on our website with your order number and registered phone number. You can also use the Delhivery tracking portal with your AWB number.
6. Packaging
Each Shivling is carefully packed in protective material to prevent damage during transit. We take great care to ensure your divine product reaches you safely.
7. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the package is undeliverable (wrong address, recipient unavailable, etc.), it will be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply for returned orders.
8. Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos before opening and contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
9. International Shipping
Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
